5. Applicable law – Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions of use and any amendment thereof are governed exclusively by Greek Law. For any dispute arising out of this agreement or from the execution or interpretation of it or any part thereof as exclusively competent, the courts of Thessaloniki, of any degree and jurisdiction to which anyone who is in contact in any way and for any reason with the website or its content, even when access to the website is made from a country outside Greece. If any of the above terms wished to be declared invalid or not applicable by a court order or decision of a competent authority, this shall not affect the validity and validity of the remaining conditions, which remain in full force and are still fully valid.
